This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tour packages, hotel + transport packages, and travel services booked through BookMeraSafar (bookmerasafar.com), by phone, WhatsApp, or in person. By paying the booking confirmation amount, you accept this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
To confirm your booking, a fixed booking confirmation amount must be paid in advance. This amount is used to reserve hotels and vehicles for your travel dates and is therefore strictly non-refundable under all circumstances of customer-initiated cancellation.
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost, based on the number of days between the date we receive your written cancellation request and your departure date:

Send a written cancellation request from your registered phone number or email to info@bookmerasafar.com or WhatsApp +91-9289286968, mentioning your name, booking details, and travel date.
The date we receive your written request is treated as the cancellation date for calculating the refund slab. Verbal/phone-only cancellations are not accepted.
Our team will confirm your cancellation in writing along with the exact refund amount and deduction breakup within 48 hours.
The eligible refund is processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method or your bank account.
