Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or making a booking or payment (online, by phone, WhatsApp, or in person), you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- All information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.
If you book on behalf of other travellers, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

Our Services
We offer the following services, either directly or through verified third-party suppliers:
- Tour Packages – domestic (India) and international tours in Premium, Luxury, and Super Luxury tiers.
- Pilgrimage / Yatra Packages – including Char Dham, Kedarnath, Vaishno Devi, and similar circuits.
- Hotel Bookings – standalone or as part of a package.
- Vehicle & Transport Services – cabs, tempo travellers, and transfers.
- Assistance Services – visa guidance, travel insurance facilitation, and group tour coordination.
Package details, itineraries, hotel categories, and inclusions/exclusions are specified in the written quotation or package page shared with you. Only the items expressly listed as "Inclusions" form part of your package; everything else is excluded.

Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the advance/booking amount specified in your quotation and issue a written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or booking voucher).
- Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not guarantee availability or price. Hotels, transport, and tour services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The balance amount must be paid as per the schedule mentioned in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable cancellation charges.
- Please verify all details (names as per ID/passport, travel dates, guest count, room type) on your confirmation immediately. Errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices ("From ₹…") and may vary based on travel dates, season, availability, hotel category, number of travellers, and customisation. The final binding price is the one stated in your written quotation/confirmation.
- Applicable taxes (including GST) will be communicated clearly before payment. Unless stated otherwise, the quoted package price is what you pay — there are no hidden charges.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never ask for card PINs, OTPs, or passwords. Please make payments only to official company accounts communicated by us in writing.
- Costs arising from events beyond our control after confirmation — such as government tax changes, fuel surcharges, or entry-fee revisions — may be passed on to you with prior intimation.
- International packages exclude visa fees, travel insurance, and airfare unless expressly included in your quotation.
Payment safety: Always confirm account details by calling +91-9289286968 before transferring funds. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised accounts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@bookmerasafar.com or via WhatsApp to +91-9289286968 from the registered contact. The date of receipt of your written request is treated as the cancellation date. Standard cancellation charges:

- Where hotels, airlines, or transport suppliers apply stricter non-refundable conditions (e.g. peak season, Char Dham season, special fares), those supplier conditions will prevail and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refund timeline: Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method or bank account, after deduction of applicable charges and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
- No refund is payable for unused services, late arrival, early departure, or services voluntarily not availed during the tour.
- Partial date changes or postponements are treated as per supplier policy and may attract revised pricing; we will always inform you of any difference before proceeding.

Changes or Cancellation by Us
- In rare cases, we may need to modify an itinerary, hotel, or vehicle due to availability, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or safety. We will provide a similar or better alternative wherever possible, at no extra cost.
- If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control and no acceptable alternative can be offered, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us for that booking.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, landslides, extreme weather, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government orders. In such cases, refunds are limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers; we will make best efforts to recover and pass on the maximum possible amount.

Traveler Responsibilities
- Carry valid government-issued photo ID for all travellers (passport with required validity and visas for international travel).
- Ensure you meet health and fitness requirements for your chosen tour — especially high-altitude pilgrimages such as Kedarnath or Char Dham. Consult a doctor where appropriate.
- Comply with local laws, hotel rules, and the reasonable instructions of drivers, guides, and tour coordinators.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings, valuables, and documents throughout the trip.
- Any damage caused by a traveller to hotel property or vehicles must be settled directly by the traveller.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tours and mandatory where indicated for international packages.

Third-Party Services
We act as an organiser/aggregator and engage independent third-party suppliers — hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and local agents — to deliver parts of your package. While we select suppliers with care:
- Each supplier's own terms, conditions, and liability rules apply to the services they provide.
- Hotel star ratings and categories are as classified by the respective property or local standards and may differ from international norms.
- Airline tickets, where included, are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage; schedule changes and delays are the airline's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for that booking.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, missed connections arranged independently by you, or personal injury/loss caused by third-party suppliers, except where required by applicable law.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Website Use & Intellectual Property
- All content on bookmerasafar.com — text, logos, designs, package descriptions, and layout — is owned by or licensed to BookMeraSafar and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
- You agree not to misuse the website, submit false enquiries, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
- Some destination images on the website are representative/illustrative. Actual hotels, rooms, and locations will match the written description in your quotation.
- We may update website content, prices, and these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to a booking or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
